Tour Includes a behind the scenes look at distilling and one of the nation's largest import bottling operations.  Guest will sample from over 20+ handcrafted spirits, have the option to purchase bottles of your favorite liquor, and receive a complimentary Yahara Bay Rocker glass to take home!

Apple Brandy
We use Wisconsin-grown Honeycrisp apples picked at their peak to create this Yahara Bay original. Made in the Calvados style, this deep amber-colored spirit has the body of brandies ten years its senior. With a delicate apple scent and a powerful punch of heat upon delivery, it’s sure to warm you from head to toe.
Introducing the first aged whiskey produced in Wisconsin since Prohibition! Made from four Wisconsin-grown grains and aged in charred oak barrels to create a unique and flavorful sipping whiskey. With hints of toasted barley, sweet caramel corn, fresh artichokes, and well-seasoned cast iron - we invite you to try a true Wisconsin original.
V Bourbon Whiskey
Introducing V, Yahara Bay's new 2012 Whiskey Bourbon. Already a 2012 gold medal winner at the MicroLiquor Awards, V is aged 3 years and is artisanally crafted in small batch/single barrels. "Revealing anything more would ruin the FINISH."
Extra Dry Gin
Crafted using a proprietary blend of botanicals that include juniper, fennel, and coriander; this extra dry gin has an earthy yet clean finish. Our unique steam infusion process imparts subtle flavors that are never harsh or bitter. Perfect for martinis, gimlets, or on the rocks.
Charred Oak Rye Whiskey
Under Yahara Bay's Trade name, Off the Clock Spirits, Charred Oak Rye Whiskey has been delicately aged 18 months in 50 gallon southern white oak barrels. With a medium/light char and a grain bill of around 60% rye, this whiskey has a smooth and unique finish that will delight any palate.

Made with all-natural, dark bittersweet cocoa, and this liqueur has a smooth flavor on the tongue with a strong cocoa aroma and a slightly bitter finish
Holz's Apple Crisp Liqueur
Holz’s Apple Crisp Liquor, is made from a secret recipe that captures all the best flavors of fall. Heavy with apples, cinnamon, and a touch of brown sugar, Holtz’ is ideal for tailgating, autumn cocktails, or warmed with cider; the perfect spirit when you need to be reminded of why you live in Wisconsin.
Mad Bird Rum
Made from table-grade molasses, aged in charred oak barrels, and twice distilled to be extra smooth, this rich amber-colored rum comes on strong with hearty notes of fresh cut sugar cane, leaving traces of warm molasses cookies and burnt sugar on the tongue.
Premium White Rum
It starts with the highest food-grade molasses and a touch of Wisconsingrown sorghum, giving this rum a hint of sweetness and uncommon depth. In keeping with traditional Caribbean style distilling we use a yeast developed specifically for rum fermentation. Smooth enough to drink straight and still perfectly at home in your favorite rum and cola, mojito, or daiquiri.
An exquisit, fun liqueur, typically found on the shores of Italy, is now produced on the shores of Madison, WI. Using fresh lemon zest and sweet neutral spirits, this bright and tart spirit is perfect served straight up and ice cold, yet versatile enough for cocktails and dessert toppings.
Premium Vodka
Distilled four times then filtered three times makes this small batch vodka extra smooth. Produced from Wisconsin grown Honeycrisp apples and corn, this lively spirit leaves hints of pepper, anice, and caramel corn on the tongue. Perfect for mixing or served neat over ice. Awarded a silver medal by the Beverage Tasting Institute.
