Bittercube

Bittercube was founded by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz in 2009. Nick and Ira began developing bitters before Bittercube was formed and brought their ideas, techniques and recipes together. For nearly a year, the duo formulated, tweaked and developed the lineup that is now the six varieties of Bittercube Bitters. Bittercube began macerating larger batches of bitters in July of 2010, and now has distribution and wholesale accounts around the country. Bittercube currently hand crafts six varieties of artisanal bitters over a two month process. Bittercube offers a wide variety of consulting services, including themed cocktail menus, cocktail classes, trade show planning, weddings, cocktail dinners and parties of all size.

Rokker Vodka

Yahara Bay Distillery is the proud distiller of Rokker Premium Vodka.

Rökker Vodka is made from 100% corn harvested in Wisconsin and the Midwest. Reverse Osmosis water is used to adjust proof, after charcoal filtering and triple distillation. No fruit or potatoes are used in the production of Rökker Vodka. The vodka is also gluten free and kosher.
