Apple Brandy Old Fashioned

One of Madison's favorite establishments did us the honor of creating a signature Old Fashioned using Yahara Bay Apple Brandy. A Wisconsin twist on an American classic!

In an Old Fashioned glass place 1 brown raw sugar cube, a de-stemed cherry, and a slice of orange
Top off with 4 long shots of bitters
Add a touch of Sprite (this helps break up the sugar cube in muddling)
Muddle ingredients together
Fill the glass with ice
Add 2 oz. Yahara Bay Apple Brandy
Top off with Sprite
Garnish with a cherry & orange slice

Enjoy!
