Made with corn, rye, and malted barley this whiskey is aged a minimum 2 years and bottled in small batches of up to four barrels at a time. Aged in Southern White Oak American Bourbon barrels, this whiskey displays fantastically smooth notes of vanilla and caramel.
Tasting Notes: Full-bodied, sweet, with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and spice.
Serving Suggestions: Yahara Bay’s best selling whiskey is great served neat, on the rocks, or in any whiskey cocktail. We enjoy it with Lemonade in the summer, with apple cider in the fall, or with a splash of YB Bourbon Whiskey Liqueur for a sweet and simple mixer.
