Blueberry Lemondrop

Ingredients
1.5 oz Yahara Bay Premium Vodka
1.5 oz Yahara Bay Lemoncello
2 tsp Blueberry Simple Syrup
Club Soda or 7Up
How-to
Combine Vodka, Lemoncello and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Pour into a highball glass with ice and top with club soda or 7Up and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Simple Syrup Recipe:
- 1 Cup Sugar
- Cup Water
- Cup Blueberries
- Squeeze of Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a slow boil and allow the mixture to simmer for 15 min. Remove from heat and allow all ingredients to slowly cool in the pan for at least a half hour. Strain and jar your simple syrup. Simple syrup will keep for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
