In addition to the 25 Yahara Bay branded products, we also produce a number of private label and contract products for clients with whom we have found a unique and special synergy. Natural Spirits, LLC
Black Dot Spirits are for anyone who desires a cocktail made from fine ingredients and a heavy dose of passion. No Fab. No Fuss. No Frills. Black Dot Spirits are for people who know the difference. Black Dot is a collaboration between award-winning craft distillers utilizing century-old recipes. “We aren't celebrities, rappers, or 12th generation distillers, just regular guys with a never-ending passion to make and share a fine cocktail.”
The Cider Farm’s distinctive apple brandy consists of a mix of true cider varieties modeling the traditional French Calvados AOC formulation. True cider varieties are like the wine grapes of apples due to their tannin and acid profiles. The Cider Farm apple brandy is aged for two years in charred oak bourbon barrels at Yahara Bay Distillery. The Cider Farm also adds to the barrel, wild applewood from their farm in Mineral Point, WI to create a unique profile. The result is a complex and distinctive apple brandy that reflects the terroir of its origin in the limestone soils of southwestern Wisconsin and the care that went into their certified organic cider apples and pears.
CHARRED OAK® Spirits is proud to be produced by OFF THE CLOCK SPIRITS (A trade name of Yahara Bay) in Madison, WI. From the streets of Madison's farmer's markets to the shores of Lake Superior, our distiller searches the State to find grains cultivated by local growers to make our premium spirits. Most of their products are hand-crafted in small batches creating a world-class taste with local roots.
This small batch whiskey is made for the true connoisseur, with every sip being a testament to the work and love that has gone into each bottle. We mingle our whiskeys for the cigar enthusiast and whiskey aficionado alike. Our products are formed by the perfect blending of Kentucky and Wisconsin bourbons, each made from their own special recipes. Madison Wisconsin’s culture loves the combination of festive spirited gatherings with exceptional appreciation for high quality locally produced food and beverages. This concept, combined with the passion and knowledge of New Mexico chiles, became the inspiration for Mary’s Hot Bottom Vodka. By fire roasting these NM chiles and combining them with special spices, Mary’s becomes a true handcrafted, premium vodka, custom blended and infused to create an explosion of flavor.
Originally conceived as the perfect vodka for a spicy bloody, we have found it makes great Moscow mules, vodka margaritas, and many other fantastic twists on your favorites.
Domeloz produces premium spirits distilled from 100% honey. No grains or other sugar sources are used. We believe in the bees and aim to create a synergistic connection between the magic of the honey they produce, and the experience of imbibing a high quality spirit.
While Domeloz is not mead, we take the artistry of mead a step further by distilling it into a clear spirit which maintains flavors unique to the honey it comes from.
Not traditionally made, there is no consistent name or category for “a spirit distilled from honey”. We are choosing to call it SOMEL, and we hope it catches on!

From the streets of Madison’s farmer’s markets to the shores of Lake Superior, Yahara Bay Distillers have searched the Wisconsin and midwest to find grains cultivated by local growers. Rökker Vodka is made from 100% corn harvested in the midwest. From each batch created, the “heads” and the “tails” are removed leaving the "hearts" that make a true Premium Vodka. Drink Local Vodka!
WheelHouse is a recording artist group and a touring band out of Madison, WI. WheelHouse Whiskey, is their whiskey. It isn’t unusual for the worlds of music and alcohol to collide, it is rare when they match so perfectly. The down home flavors are evident, the aggressive introduction and smooth finish are legendary, and the dynamics are one of a kind. Like the four members of the band, the four grains of the blend (corn, wheat, barely and rye) all vie for your attention, but the sweetest tones are what you remember best.

Barrel and Bottle is a concept that David Sweet has been working on for the last few years, developed from the array of celebratory barrel selections he has had the privilege of conducting and promoting over the years – some of which are noted collectible bottles today.
Dave Jones, Inc. partnered with Yahara Bay Distillers to customize a quality whiskey with just the right touch of cinnamon and sweetness, without the thick, syrup-like consistency commonly associated with our competitors. It is the perfect cinnamon-flavored whiskey for adults.
Dells Distillery is a country themed restaurant and bar that opened in mid May 2013 in downtown Wisconsin Dells, a rich and rustic 1920’s Western themed restaurant for all ages. They offer distilled vodka, whiskey, brandy, and rum and with 14 different unique tap lines throughout.
Drumlin Ridge is a Family owned and operated boutique winery producing small lots of character crafted wine for every taste.
The Peanut Butter & Jelly Deli™ is Wisconsin's only shop dedicated to serving America's favorite sandwich. Located in the Six Points neighborhood of West Allis, the PBJ Deli specializes in classic and gourmet peanut butter & jelly sandwiches as well as other specialty foods and treats that feature Peanut Butter & Jelly combinations.
Kim Weiss has worn many hats throughout her career including lawyer, actress and entrepreneur. In 2008 she opened her first specialty retail food franchise selling oils, vinegars and spirits. The business was so successful she was able to open two more locations in Sedona and in the Venetian in Las Vegas. Spirits & Spice has the highest quality spirits, custom spice blends, amazing oils, vinegars and wine.
Sugar River Trading is working to bring back some of the McNess products that have been discontinued over the years. They have already brought back the “Mentholated Ointment” (now called Mentholated Camphor Rub) as well as the McNess Degreaser. They are currently working on bringing back the Pudding and Pie Mixes as well as some of the more popular Seasonings. In every case, the company is working with the original formulas with the goal of not making any changes to the way it is made.

Vintage Brewing Co. offers outstanding craft beer with wonderful made-from-scratch food. They partnered with Yahara Bay to create their Woodshed Whiskey.
Justin BonDurant has worked in the bar and restaurant industry for over 15 years. His goal with Wandering Mind Spirits is to use that experience, along with his love of travel and cuisine, to bring new and exciting flavors to the world of spirits.
