Made with corn, rye, and malted barley this bourbon whiskey is aged a minimum 4 years and is bottled in small batches of one or two barrels at a time. Aged in Southern White Oak American Bourbon barrels, this bourbon whiskey presents on the palate with vanilla, caramel, citrus, and oak flavors. Full-bodied, this bourbon whiskey has a medium finish and has the versatility for use in cocktails or drinking neat.

Whiskey Wassail
Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Butter (Softened)
½ tsp Honey
¼ tsp Cloves
¼ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 Cups Orange Juice
1 Tbsp Sugar
¾ Cup Bourbon or Whiskey
How-to
Heat the orange juice over medium heat and whisk in the sugar until it dissolves completely. Warm on low heat until the mixture simmers. Meanwhile, mix the butter, honey, cloves, ginger and cinnamon until thoroughly combined. Once the juice comes to a low simmer, whisk in the butter mixture until it’s melted. Stir in bourbon. Once things are warmed through, serve immediately and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
